    SG means Studio grill

    User means the person accessing the website and availing the online booking facility

    Customer includes all the patrons of SG and also includes the user defined above

    • As per the state government guidelines, wearing a mask/face cover is compulsory at all public places.
    • Maintaining social distance of 2 feet at public places has been mandated by the state government.
    • As per State Govt Guidelines, wearing N95 mask is compulsory to enter the cinema
    • Patrons with 2 doses of COVID 19 vaccination / Fully Vaccinated will be allowed at the entry of the Cinema.
    • Studio representatives will check for the temperature using a thermal scanner at the entry of the Studio.
    • Outside Food and Beverage is not allowed inside the studio premises.
    • Ticket once purchased cannot be exchanged or adjusted/transferred for any other slot.
    • Smoking is strictly not permitted inside the studio premises.
    • Cigarettes/lighters/matchsticks/Gutkha/Pan masala etc. Will not be allowed.
    • People under the influence of Alcohol/Drugs will not be allowed inside the studio premises.
    • Cinema reserves the Right of Admission.
    • Items like laptop, cameras, knives, lighter, match box, cigarettes, firearms and all types of inflammable objects are strictly prohibited.
    • Items like carry-bags eatables, helmets, handbags are not allowed inside the theatre and are strictly prohibited.
    • For 3D movies, ticket price includes charges towards usage of 3D glasses.
    • Seat Layout Page for Studio Grill is for representational purpose only and actual seat layout might vary.
    • For your own safety, wearing face mask is mandatory for entering the studio premises.
    • Booking should be done through our SG app or in our offline counter.
    • Theatre hours vary by time of year but always open at least 30 minutes prior to the first show time of the day.
    • Booking required for children 4 years and above
    • Booking for A rated movie should not be purchased for people under 18 years of age. Patrons under 18 years of age are not allowed to watch A rated movies and will be checked for age proof if any movie is being played as they will be monitored. There won`t be a refund for tickets booked in such cases.
    • Booking through offline mode, patron must check the availability in our SG app or in the counter before mentioned prior time.
    • Booking of each private screening slot would be provided for minimum of 4 people with minimum of 2 hours of screening time. If you wish for additional slots you can book via our SG app if the next available slot is open.
    • Booking done for 4 people cannot bring additional people without prior intimation as they will be charged extra.
    • Advance booking available for purchasing online or offline up to several weeks due to high volume of demand.
    • Movie titles and show timings are subject to change.
    • As website is the most accurate website for show time information, we recommend to check the listings on the day you pan to visit.
    • Slot and show timings for all SG private screening locations are posted in full schedule everyday early hours of morning until the upcoming weekend though the following Monday.
    Booking of Tickets

    The user must provide Studio Grill with the correct information pertaining to the cardholders name, card type, the card number, the card expiry date and the security code on the back of the card (if any) in order to make payment to Studio Grill. The user shall be responsible for the correctness of the information provided and shall not be indemnified if the information is wrongly entered whether intentional or unintentional.

    The user must ensure the correctness of all details of the booking before finally booking their tickets as Studio Grill will accept no responsibility and will not issue a refund for wrong bookings that are the fault of the user. If the user experiences problems with the booking process, they are to call the helpline number of Studio Grill specified on the booking page. The Portal shall not cancel any bookings once the transaction is completed.

    Once the booking has been processed, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail to their e-mail address with all the relevant details of their booking. Studio Grill is not responsible and will not issue a refund to the user for selecting the wrong tickets or if the user does not meet the minimum age requirements for that particular film. The online booking is non-transferable and cannot be further sold.

    To collect the tickets the user must present the credit/debit card that was used to book the tickets in that particular cinema. The user has to carry the print out of the confirmation mail. The user may procure the ticket from the automatic ticket collection points or they can present the print out to the Studio Grill representative at the ticket counter of the concerned Cineplex. The user shall also carry proof of age for movies certified 'A'.

    Outside F&B is not allowed.
    Terms of cancellation are as follows:
    • Transaction can be cancelled only after 10 minutes of booking the slot/F&B.
    • No cancellation will be allowed within 20 minutes and screening start time.
    • For tickets cancelled 2 hours before show start time, 75% of ticket value and 100% of F&B value will be refunded.
    • For tickets cancelled from 20 mins to 2 hours before show start time, 50% of ticket value, 100% of F&B value will be refunded.
    • In case of F&B booking (without slot) through any mode, there is no cancellation available.
    • No refund will be given for booking done through or amount paid by M-coupon/Gift card/Star Pass/Voucher/Promo. Also, slot cancellation cannot be applied/clubbed on a booking done through or an offer given by us or facilitate for business partner.
    • No partial cancellation is allowed. The patron will have to cancel the complete transaction.
    • Convenience fee and taxes applicable there on will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
    • The refund for the cancelled slot will be processed in minimum 7 working days.
    General Conditions

    Studio Grill will do everything possible to ensure the operating times of the screening are true to the slot timings mentioned in the app. However due to circumstances beyond Studio Grill’s control there may be times that a slot has to be cancelled or shown at a different time. In this instance the user may be given a refund of the slot only. The mode of refund shall be at the sole discretion of Studio Grill. If any show is cancelled or cancellation is done from the management of Studio Grill then the formalities for the same will be taken in to consideration. The user agrees not to bring in any action against Studio Grill in such instance.

    The user who has booked for a slot or screens a certified as 'A', must provide Studio Grill with the relevant proof of entitlement when the booking details are being collected or upon entry to the studio.

    The Company reserves its rights to suspend the operations of any Cineplex/ Multiplex/Audi due to some exigencies and any offer, scheme, promotions shall not be valid/ applicable in respect of such Multiplex/ Cineplex/ Audi. The Company shall not be liable for any losses/ damages arising/connected with such suspension. This clause shall also be applicable and binding on all Company's agents, partners and agents, partners of its affiliate/ group companies.

    Warranties and Indemnification

    The user represents that he/she is of sufficient legal age to use this service, and he/she possess the legal right and ability to create binding obligations for any liability he/she may incur as a result of the use of this service.

    The user understands that he/she is financially responsible for all uses of this service by him/her and those using his/her login information. The user will supervise all usage of the booking facility under his/her name or account.

    The user warrants that all information supplied by him/her and members of his/her household in using the booking facility are true and accurate.
